Greater Pacific Northwest Retriever Club (GPNWRC)

The Greater Pacific Northwest Retriever Club (GPNWRC) members range from new dog owners to Master National plate winners. We have something for every level, so if you are looking for a home club, or are new to the sport, come out to Gervais on one of our scheduled training days and introduce yourself.

Founded in 1985 as The Greater Pacific Northwest Retriever Trial Club, Inc., our club draws members primarily from Oregon and Southwest Washington.  New members are always welcome.

• We hold three training days for members in the winter/spring, one each in January, February and March. The training days are free, with an extra charge for live flyers if we have them. See the Events page for current dates.
• We hold two Junior/Senior/Master AKC Hunting Retriever Tests each year, the first in March and the second in September, at the St. Louis Fish Ponds County Park in Marion County near Gervais (just north of Salem). In addition, we hold a Master-only Hunting Retriever Test in July. See the Events page for current dates.
